The newly elected BJP MLAs have selected Dr Mohan Yadav as the new chief minister of the state of Madhya Pradesh. But why him? What is so special about him? Well, one very rare thing, is his educational background. His educational journey is marked by several degrees, including BSc, LLB, MA, MBA, and PhD also. This much-educated CM is rare in India.

Madhya Pradesh’s new CM Mohan Yadav’s career started with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad what is known as ABVP, In 1984. At first, he took the responsibility of the ABVP Nagara Mantri in Ujjain. But his career took a fly when he won the seat from the Ujjain South assembly constituency with 73,108 votes. This happened in the 2013 Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. Since then he won three times, 2nd time with 78,178 votes and, the 3rd time with 95,699 votes! This year he defeated Congress candidate Chetan Premnarayan Yadav by over 13,000 votes.

After his victory against Congress, he wrote on X, “My victory with more than 13,000 votes is dedicated with full humility to every person in my area, every dear sister, every godlike worker of BJP and the organization of BJP. Thank you, thank you, gratitude to everyone for your immense affection, immense love, and blessings.”

 This gives an idea of how earth person the new CM is. This person has a record of zero criminal cases pending against him. He hasn’t been even convicted in the past. “I am a small worker of the party. I thank all of you, the state leadership and the central leadership. With your love and support, I will try to fulfill my responsibilities,”  New CM Mohan Yadav also said.

On Monday afternoon, BJP leaders said that BJP MP Mohan Yadav is going to be the next Chief Minister of the state. He won from Ujjain South Centre, replacing Shivraj Singh Chouhan. This news CM of Madhya Pradesh holds a PhD degree from Vikram University. He also has a master’s degree in political science from the same University. Not only that, this new chief minister has LLB MBA, and B.Sc degrees also.

He served as an educational minister and coordinator of the BJP cultural wing before. It is noteworthy that Mohan Yadav is considered to be a close associate of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leaders. This new CM is married to Seema Yadav and they have three children, one daughter and two sons.
