Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty’s ₹97 crore worth property got saged by enforcement department!

The Enforcement Directorate has seized businessman Raj Kundra’s wealth that is worth of Rs 97 crore! With all the properties Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty’s residential flat in Mumbai’s Juhu is also included. The that was in the name of his wife and Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Another property of Raj Kundra that also got seized by ED is their residential bungalow in Pune with these the ED also seized shares in the name of Raj Kundra.

Raj Kundra and illegal  money with Bitcoin?

It is being alleged that the accused celebrity Raj Kundra has been collected huge amounts of funds with others in the name of bitcoins, which was worth Rs 6,600 crore back in 2017. They were giving false promises to people of giving 10 per cent per month in return. The ED started doing investigation after getting multiple FIRs against Raj Kundra by Maharashtra Police and Delhi Police. “…gullible public with the false promises of 10 per cent per month return in the form of bitcoins”, ED said.

“The collected bitcoins were supposed to be utilized for bitcoin mining and investors were supposed to get huge returns in Crypto assets. But the promoters cheated the investors and have been concealing the ill-gotten bitcoins in obscure online wallets,” the probe agency also said. Investigation initiated by enforcement department has revealed that they gave received almost 285 bitcoins from the mastermind and promoter of “Gain Bitcoin Ponzi Scam”. that person is known as Amit Bhardwaj, he set up bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine.

“Raj Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from the mastermind and promoter of Gain Bitcoin Ponzi scam Amit Bhardwaj for setting up Bitcoin mining farm in Ukraine,” the probe agency said. Although multiple search operations were conducted before, this time the SAT operation led to the arrest of three people Simpy Bhardwaj on December 17, 2023, Nitin Gaur on December 29, 2023, and Nikhil Mahajan on January 16, 2023.
