The process of application for UPSC ESE Exam 2025 started from 18th September. According to the official notification of Engineering Services Examination 2025 released by UPSC, the last date of application is 08 October 2024. According to the official notification for the Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2025 by the Union Public Service Commission, 232 vacancies are to be filled in the four major engineering disciplines Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Telecommunication in the UPSC Engineering Services Examination 2025.

Educational Qualification for UPSC ESE

To appear in the Engineering Services Examination 2025, candidates must have BE or B.Tech degree in the following engineering branch from a recognized university. Or if you are a pre-final or final year student, you can still appear for the exam, but you will need to complete the recruitment process as per the final result.

General/OBC Candidates: Rs 200

Women/SC/ST/PWBD Candidates: Exempted from fee.
