Dinesh Phadnis played the role of Fredericks in one of the most-watched Indian shows in history “CID”. This famous and loved actor died at the age of 57 on Tuesday. The news of Dinesh Phadnis’ death was confirmed by one of his co-stars in the show Dayanand Shetty, who is known by the name Daya.
Dayanand Shetty, whom we know by the name Daya, confirmed that “Dinesh breathed his last at 12.08 am.” Phadnis suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday and was admitted to a hospital. Then it was reported that the actor experienced a heart attack and was on treatment at Tunga Hospital in Mumbai. But the actor’s condition has shown slight improvement compared to his critical state on Friday night. But he could not survive, Phadnis had died because of liver damage and multiple organ failure.
His close friend Dayanand Shetty has now told the media that his friend Dinesh Phadnis has not suffered a heart attack at all. He said that there were some other reasons that he could not share right now. But Shetty revealed that “there were a lot of complications and he was removed from ventilation last night.” as per some information it was never a heart attack it started from liver damage. Dinesh was suffering from liver, heart, and kidney problems and his complications kept increasing day by day.
Dayanand Shetty and Dinesh Phadnis were good friends in real life too. “Yes, it’s true he is no more. It happened around 12:08 am. I am at his residence right now. His last rites will be conducted today at the Daulat Nagar crematorium. Almost everyone from the CID is present right now”, Dayanand confirmed to the media.
