The issue of cleaning the Yamuna in Delhi is proving to be a burden for Arvind Kejriwal during the assembly elections. Recently, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath challenged Arvind Kejriwal to take a dip in the Yamuna. Before that, Chief Minister Yogi had gone to Prayagraj Mahakumbh and made the entire cabinet dip in the Triveni Sangam. BJP leader Pravesh Verma, who is contesting against Arvind Kejriwal in the New Delhi Assembly, has grabbed unity and has gone to the Yamuna Ghat with a cutout of Arvind Kejriwal.

Parvesh Verma says, ‘We can clean all the water of Yamuna Maaiya. Cleaning it is not rocket science. All the silt should be removed with machines, sewerage treatment, and sewerage andants should be built.
