The issue of cleaning the Yamuna in Delhi is proving to be a burden for Arvind Kejriwal during the assembly elections. Recently, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath challenged Arvind Kejriwal to take a dip in the Yamuna. Before that, Chief Minister Yogi had gone to Prayagraj Mahakumbh and made the entire cabinet dip in the Triveni Sangam. BJP leader Pravesh Verma, who is contesting against Arvind Kejriwal in the New Delhi Assembly, has grabbed unity and has gone to the Yamuna Ghat with a cutout of Arvind Kejriwal.

BJP candidate Pravesh Verma inspected the Yamuna Ghat by boat. During this, pictures of black water and mud of Yamuna were shown. Parvesh Verma said please save our Delhi. We will develop Delhi. We not only say that we will make London Paris, but we will also make Delhi clean.
Parvesh Verma says, ‘We can clean all the water of Yamuna Maaiya. Cleaning it is not rocket science. All the silt should be removed with machines, sewerage treatment, and sewerage andants should be built. Just like our Prime Minister Modi ji built Sabarmati Riverfront, Yamuna Riverfront the can be built in the same way.’
