Nirmala Sitharaman Presents Interim Budget 2024, Focuses on Income Tax and Job Creation !!

The Finance Minister of India, Mr. Nirmala Sitharaman has presented an interim budget which we can call a short-term financial plan. The full-fledged budget for this year will be presented by the new government after the Lok Sabha elections.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented her Budget speech. She presented the Interim Budget for the year 2024-25 at Parliament on Thursday, February 1. This happened a day after the commencement of the Budget Session. Various industry stalwarts, spanning sectors like EV, real estate, healthcare, education, energy, auto, agriculture, FMCG, IT, and also defense were eagerly waiting for the interim budget. Now as the countdown to the budget presentation has begun, all the information about Budget 2024 will be updated.

The interim Budget of 2024 is going to be released in a “paperless form”. It can be accessed through the Union Budget Mobile App. This bilingual app is available in English and Hindi and can be downloaded on Android, iOS, or from the Union Budget Web Portal (www.indiabudget.gov.in).

This app of the Government of India will provide all essential Budget documents, which include the annual Financial Statement, the Demand for Grants, and the Finance Bill which is mandated by the Constitution. The Budget documents will be available on the Mobile App after the Interim Budget 2024 speech by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.

On today, February 1st, at 11 am, the Finance Minister will set the stage for the temporary financial plan until the new government takes over the ruling. This is going to be the sixth budget presentation put forth by the finance minister including five annual and one interim.
