India’s first Olympic medal in shooting after London Olympics in 2012

Manu Bhaker won the bronze medal by finishing third with 221.7 points in the final of eight shooters. When the Indian shooter was out, she was just 0.1 points behind South Korea’s Yeji Kim, who eventually won the silver medal with 241.3 points. Kim’s compatriot Ye Jin Oh won the gold medal with an Olympic record score of 243.2 points in the final. This is India’s first Olympic medal in shooting since the London Olympics in 2012.
