Japan Earthquake again: Bullet trains are being SUSPENDED because of majorvTsunami WARNING!

A very powerful earthquake again struck central Japan on Monday! Which ended up killing 15 persons, and many got injured. The death toll is rising every hour! Not only that, the devastating earthquake destroyed buildings, and became the reason of knocked out power of thousands of homes and prompting residents in some coastal areas to flee to higher ground.

 

Almost 100,000 residents are ordered to evacuate the area!

The earthquake hit with a preliminary magnitude of 7.6 triggered waves of about 1 metre along Japan’s west coast and some places of their neighbour South Korea also. The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) has issued a major tsunami warning . According to Japanese government, Monday’s earthquake was 7.6 magnitude and it was just one of more than 90 earthquakes that had hit the region.

Almost 32,700 households in the region remained without power on Tuesday, According to the local news. Thousands of people had been ordered to evacuate the area, from the fire and disaster management agency. Almost 1,000 people are staying at a military base. 

 

Bullet trains got suspended!

According to the latest news, four bullet trains had been stopped for hours in the affected region. The trains were stuck with nearly 1,400 passengers, who were also stuck inside those trains. Footages from the effected areas showed how brutally things got destroyed. Those toppled buildings, sunken boats at a port, countless charred homes, and locals without power in freezing overnight temperatures are heart ranching to watch . 

One witness posted footage of the Keta Grand Shrine near the coast in Hakui rocking in the quake as a crowd of visitors watched. She said in shock, “It’s swaying, This is scary!”

The snow from the electric wire (came) down. and also from the roof it fell down and all the cars are shaking. and so everybody was panicked,” said a Taiwanese tourist who wasvisiting Nagano.

US President Joe Biden offered Japan “any necessary assistance” to cope with the aftermath.
