A man with a gun was seen protesting near US President Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware on Sunday, September 17, the Daily Mail reports. The man, wearing a yellow and orange safety vest, carried a sign that read on one side, “The Bidens are criminals, 20 shell companies?! Where are the laptops? 10% for the big guys.”
The protesters were seen walking down the street toward the president’s home, past a group of journalists assigned to cover the president, in a Secret Service car, the Daily Mail reported.
President Biden arrived in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware on Friday evening. He left Wilmington Sunday afternoon for New York City to attend a series of fundraisers and attend the United Nations General Assembly. Biden kept a low profile during his weekend trip to Wilmington while stepping out to attend prayers at his usual church, St. Joseph on the Brandywine, on Saturday.
President Biden has yet to officially comment on his son Hunter being indicted on gun charges. Hunter Biden is facing three federal charges in connection with a gun purchase, which could result in up to 25 years in prison. Allegedly lying on forms to purchase weapons while intoxicated.
As Biden left church services on Saturday, he ignored a reporter who asked him if he would forgive his son. As of the last update, it is known that no one has been arrested yet.
