The Russian president has accused that Ukraine is now preparing a “window” so the suspects can escape! Several countries have expressed their deep condolences because of the deadly terrorist attack that happened at a Moscow concert hall, which killed over than 60 people. The “Islamic State” militant group has claimed responsibility for the attack. Although Kyiv has staunchly denied any role in the attack.

Russia has arrested 11 people whom they are suspecting, including all 4 gunmen that are suspected of carrying out the attack at a crowded concert venue in a Moscow suburb last night. This was told by the head of the country’s Federal Security Service (FSB) to President Vladimir Putin. Till now at least 133 people are known to have been killed and more bodies were found in the rubble. Russia’s Investigative Committee has said this morning that, men in camouflage broke into the concert hall, opened fire, and set the crowded venue ablaze. The death toll is expected to rise more and more.
The terror group ISIS has accepted the responsibility for this incident but did not provide proof of the claim. U.S. officials has confirmed that they had been gathering intelligence for months and they knew that ISIS could make a mass casualty attack in Russia. Although no final assessment had been made yet about who is responsible for this. The U.S. embassy officials has issued a warning earlier this month , they have urged people to stay away from large gatherings.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has delivered a message for the public. He addressed them while calling the attack a barbaric act of terrorism, and vowing to punish the perpetrators. He also accused that Ukraine is preparing a “window” and they are planning to help the suspects escape. Kyiv has staunchly denied any role in the attack.
