The three earthquakes in different countries on the same day?!

A 4.8 magnitude earthquake hit Islamabad at 23:52:22 IST., on December 3, 2023.  Another 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit the southern Philippines. Though earthquakes are common in the Philippines, which sits on the “Ring of Fire,” a belt of volcanoes circling the Pacific Ocean that is prone to seismic activity. But The earthquake that occurred on Saturday night at 23:52:22 IST at a depth of 24 km and became he reason of panic among people.

 

4.8 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Pakistan!

“Earthquake of Magnitude:4.8, Occurred on 03-12-2023, 23:52:22 IST, Lat: 32.06 & Long: 69.86, Depth: 24 Km, Location: Pakistan,” read a post on the official NCS handle on X.

Although No casualties have been reported so far. the tremors were felt around 3:16 am and struck at a depth of 10km. Three earthquakes   occurred in the early hours of this week in three different countries.

An earthquake of magnitude 6.5 hit Near N. Coast of New Guinea minutes before it struck Pakistan. The earthquake hit new Guinea with a depth of 10 km.

According to the National Center for Seismology, the tremors were felt around 3:16 am .

At least two people were killed and several were injured after Saturday’s quake, according to the latest news. These earthquakes triggered tsunami warnings across the Pacific region and sent residents along the east coast.
