Ranveer Singh’s high-energy performance needs a diet that can balance his intense workout sessions and busy schedule. His breakfast is generally a big bowl of oats with fruits, a few eggs, and a protein shake. For lunch, he takes a combination of grilled chicken, quinoa or brown rice, and vegetables. Ranveer prefers eating small meals every few hours, so he snacks on protein bars, nuts, or fruits to keep his energy levels up. For dinner Ranveer prefers light but protein-rich. He prefers grilled fish or a chicken breast with a side of steamed veggies.
