What do Bollywood celebrities eat to stay fit?

Alia Bhatt has been quite open about her fitness journey and diet which helped her to achieve her stunning transformation. She starts her day with a detox drink, usually warm water with lemon. For breakfast, she takes a bowl of poha or an egg sandwich. Her lunch is generally a home-cooked meal of dal, roti, and vegetables, with some yogurt on the side. Alia takes a lot of greens and lean proteins in her diet. Her evening snacks are all about healthy options like fruit or nuts. Dinner is light like a bowl of soup or a salad, with some grilled fish or chicken. Alia also drinks plenty of water and green tea to stay hydrated and keep her metabolism running smoothly.
