Police launched Operation Chakravyuh to arrest YouTuber Elvish Yadav for organizing a rave party and supplying snake venom to it. Under this, different teams were formed and cases registered across the country under the Wildlife Protection Act were studied. Noida Police had named the operation from sending the notice for questioning to the arrest of Elvish Yadav as Chakravyuh.

According to official sources, the script of his arrest was written a week in advance. The FSL report in the Elvish case was studied closely along with the study of cases registered under the Wildlife Protection Act. After gathering solid evidence the police arrested him. Those close to Elvish claim that the police had assured him that he would be sent back safely after interrogation.

In such a situation, when he came to his friend’s farmhouse in Sector 73, he did not bring an army of lawyers. His father and three other companions accompanied him. When he was being taken from the farmhouse to the police post for questioning, his father had also protested against it. Due to the lawyers’ strike in the District Court, the bail hearing of Elvish Yadav could not be held on Tuesday also. The court has fixed Wednesday for a hearing on the bail plea of ​​Elvish Yadav.

Elvish’s father said his son was famous, hence he was implicated

Elvish’s family said that their son was innocent. Because he is famous, NGO people are after him. His son has not done any wrong. Nor has he ever gone to such parties. The father claims that Elvish has not confessed to anything yet. The son became a victim of misunderstanding.

Elvish was sent to a high-security cell

Elvish Yadav has been taken out of the quarantine cell of the jail and transferred to the high-security cell. After his arrest on Sunday, he was kept in the quarantine barrack. Jail Superintendent Arun Kumar Singh said that Elvish had been kept in a high-security barrack built in the jail. He said that three other people are already lodged in the said barrack, who have come to Noida jail after being transferred from other districts. Inside the jail, Elvish is being provided food and snacks like normal prisoners.
